Tourism in Seville City Seville and in Spanish Siviia, the capital of the region of Andalusia and the province of Seville in southern Spain, are located on the banks of the Great Valley River. Its population is about 699.145 inhabitants, making it the fourth largest city in Spain in the population after Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. Its 141.31  urban agglomerations is also the fourth largest in the country with 1.450.214 people, representing 77.5% of the total population of the province.
